Queen doing well from the sale of windfarm plots.  The Crown Estate has the rights to the lease of the seabed around the UK.  Who cares?  Well… the people who want to build wind farms … so that they can make electricity.  They expect to pay about £4 billion over the next ten years.   The UK changes from coal power stations to clean energy from wind power.  That’s good for us.  And good for the Queen.
Culture wars at Oxford University. The students want to take down statues of Cecil Rhodes.  He was really rich and gave lots of money to Oxford University.  So they put up statues in honour of him.  Only trouble was he made the money from diamond mines in Africa.  They used black people as slaves.  Black Lives Matter and the students want to remove the statue.  Some lecturers are against this.  The UK Government is trying to pass a law to stop removing statues.
