The nurse uses a video screen – connecting deaf patient to interpreter.
Deaf person is short of breath, fire in lungs, dry cough –
interpreter translates –
” You have the virus”. 
But then video freezes, starts up, then freeze again. 
Deaf patient wants to ask questions –
“how serious?  What cure?”
 Can’t lipread because of masks. 
Relay interpreter connection not good.
Bad experience ……
