PM Boris cancels India Trip due to Covid
PM Boris was due to meet with the Prime Minister of India.  They were going to have talks about trade.  They planned four days.  Then it was reduced to one or two.  Now it is cancelled.  India has a new version of Covid and there is a huge rise in cases.  UK has now put India on the red list.  People are not allowed to travel from India to UK.  The rules apply from Friday morning.
Five thousand pounds to see if you catch Covid again
Oxford University has a new project.  They want to find people aged 18 to 30 years who had the virus already.  The researchers give half the people the actual virus (through the nose).  They want to know if people can catch covid twice.  We know there are stories of people who have the virus twice.  Researchers want to know how this happens.  They expect most people to have immunity.  If not, they want to see if second covid is serious.   Take part?  You have to be in quarantine for 17 days and they will follow you for one year.  Easy?  They pay you £5,000.
MPs want inquiry over PM Boris continuing to tell lies
Six parties in Parliament signed a letter to ask for an inquiry.  They want to check what Boris has been telling people in Parliament.  They have a long list of Boris lies.  He never apologises or admits it was wrong.  He made false claims about nurses, about numbers of poor families and even that Bridgend would be a centre for making batteries.   Trouble is that the Prime Minister has to agree to have an inquiry.  He will not.
