Impact 30th July
If you have virus symptoms, now you have to isolate for 10 days not 7 days.  Boris is worried about the second wave of the virus.
The National Trust – it looks after big stately homes and gardens – says it will lose 1,200 jobs.  Most of their places have been closed and they say they will lose £200 million.  They have to make cuts.
Scotland confirms that the schools will re-open on 11th August.  Nicola Sturgeon says the plans are in place for distancing the pupils and teachers and for one-way systems but she will not remove all lockdown until she is sure it is safe.
Labour Party says it will be difficult for parents to go back to work because of the loss of child care.  They say the costs of child care have gone up three times as fast as the wages of parents.  They cannot afford the fees.  Also many child care centres may close because their costs are now high and they do not receive enough from Government.
