EU plans to allow travel for UK people with full vaccine
At the moment only a few countries are on the green list.  Some countries like USA have fewer cases than the UK.  They want to be on the green list.  The EU will have a plan for all the countries in Europe.  One idea is to use the NHS app as the vaccine passport.  Then people could travel to other European countries without tests or quarantine.
The fighting and bombing is continuing in Israel. 
At first it looked like President Biden was supporting Israel.  Now there is a lot of pressure inside the USA to back off and to force Israel to stop the bombing.  The Palestinian people who live inside Israel (they are 20% of the total number of people) are going on strike to protest. 
UK Indian covid cases increase 30% in 2 days
Most of the people in hospital in the Bolton area only had one covid jab.  The Government wants to give people an extra jab (booster) to help stop the Indian covid.  Health experts say that end of lockdown in June is less likely now  because of the increase in cases.
Hundreds of people hurt by e-scooters
On Tuesday London said they can have a trial of e-scooters.  Other towns already have them.  A report by ITV has evidence of dangerous driving, anti-social behaviour and drunk-riding.  There are thousands of e-scooters on the roads – many are not legal.  There are over 7,000 e-scooters in England but there are 34,000 coming soon. In 2020, there were 805 problems and 25 crashes.  You do not have to wear a helmet.  Not very safe for riders, cars or pedestrians.
