The Home Secretary Patel, says the Extinction Rebellion people are criminals for the way they are protesting about climate change.  But the Government has still not presented any plans on how to deal with the climate issue.
Grenfell enquiry:  the company who installed the cladding on the building where there was the huge fire and over 70 people died, said they did not check to see if the cladding was safe.  They said they relied on architects and building control officers to make sure it was safe.
Yesterday, there was an earthquake in England with a magnitude 3.3.  Really strong.  It affected Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable, and Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.
Amazon in the UK had big profits this last year  – an increase of more than one third.  But they only paid a small amount more in tax – only 3%.  Other shops in towns say this is unfair as they have to pay high rates and now have less people in the shops.  Amazon just has large warehouses and delivers everything.  Many shops have had to close down while Amazon does not pay enough tax,
Australia and China do not have a good relationship right now.  The last 2 Australian journalists had to leave the country.  And the Chinese arrested a Chinese woman who worked for news television – they say she was affecting national security.  There have been 17 journalist expelled from China this year.  Australia wanted an investigation into the corona virus and how China managed the epidemic.
