People still angry that Boris has let Cummings stay.  He broke the rules.  Now letter from 26 academics and health admin people, say the government has lost trust in rules  and people will not obey any rules about the virus, any more.
Local health authorities say test and trace system is not ready to allow people to go back to normal.  It will take weeks before a full system is working.  People will have a feeling that everything is OK but it is not.  Testing figures are still suspect and the Government’s 200 thousand figure for testing is just about the capacity not about the actual tests carried out.
Some schools will be open for certain children but many heads of schools think it is not possible to have full schools open even in September.  There is also the possibility that if there is a virus outbreak in an area, the schools will close down suddenly.  It is likely that there will be a mixture of in-school teaching and home learning during the next school year.
Bristol University is delaying the start of the student year until October and has decided that all lectures have to be online for the whole year.  They say that they will keep a high quality and will still offer other support.  They are not planning to cut fees.  Other universities are likely to do the same
