EU has now started legal action to sue the UK Government.  EU says PM Boris broke the international law by changing the Northern Ireland Protocol. He said they were not going to  check the food and other products going from the England to Northern Ireland for another 6 months.  That was not allowed in the EU Brexit treaty.  The case will go to the European Court of Justice.  UK may have to pay a lot and have other sanctions.
In Europe, we are only coming out of cold winter, but if you look back, the last six years have had more heatwaves and less rain than any time for nearly 2,000 years.  Scientists can tell by studying the rings on a tree, when it is cut down.  Researchers say the extreme weather caused a lot of deaths, forest fires and crops were ruined.  Bad news is that it is going to get worse.
On Sunday it was smaller EU countries.  Monday, Germany, France and Italy stop using the Oxford vaccine.  Norway and Denmark said there were some blood clots after the vaccine. These big countries just want to be sure and safe. The European Medicines Agency say it is OK to use. Monday, Beijing in China turned orange because of a giant sandstorm.  This was the worst storm for 10 years.  It stopped the traffic and made the air very polluted.  It usually clears away after a day but then they have to sweep all the sand from the streets.
