The withdrawal treaty was signed by Boris in January.  This took three years to agree on.  Boris told the country it was a big achievement. Now the UK MPs have voted to change this even though it is now an International Law and it cannot be changed unless both the EU and the UK together agree to make changes.  Only two Conservatives voted against the bill.  All the other parties voted against it.  Previous prime ministers and the senior people in the Conservative Party say that other countries will not trust the UK in future.  Boris is going ahead anyway.  There are more discussion in Parliament before it is completely passed but the damage is done with the EU.
There is an official report in the Government that says the computer systems that are needed for checks of lorries and transport which is travelling to EU countries will not be ready until November and then it will only be tested.  The report also says that there could be queues of 7 thousand lorries in Kent, trying to cross the channel after Brexit.
BP thinks that the world used the most oil in 2019 and that now there is going to be a big reduction.  BP thinks people and companies will use much less oil and petrol over the next 30 years.  Governments are trying to reduce the carbon which is creating global warming and they will try to use environmentally friendly energy like solar power and wind power.
