Trump is rushing ahead with 5 executions during his final days.  That will be the highest number ever for the past 100 years.  The President wants to be remembered by everyone. 
After pressure from the USA, Morocco has made a deal with Israel.  This is to recognise Israel and to have normal relations.  Morocco is the 4th Arab League State since August this year to agree a deal with Israel.  But the Palestinians in Israel are angry as it does not help their situation.  Peace for them still remains far away.
The Netherlands expels 2 Russian “diplomats” who were really part of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).  They were accused of spying in technology. The Russian Government have denied it.
China’s Huawei company (Telecoms and Technology) has used facial recognition software to control movements of Muslim Uighurs.  They also are kept in brainwashing camps and are like slave labour. A famous French footballer has ended the Huawei sponsorship deal in protest.
Trump hosted two Hanukkah (The Festival of Lights) events at the White House. He ignored Covid advice again.   Someone was heard coughing at the back of the event. US on Wednesday had a record of 3,124 deaths.
