The EU is still in a deadlock over the budget
which is due to start in January.  Poland and Hungary have refused to sign up and it requires all Countries in the EU to agree.  They refuse because of the requirement for the Rule of Law.  This means that justice should not be biased and not influenced by political parties.  In Poland and Hungary the pollical parties have taken away people’s freedom and changed the judges.  This goes against EU principles.  Now Poland and Hungary refuse to sign because they are worried that their money will be stopped because they do not follow the EU Rule of Law.  Germany has to try to find solution.
