The situation in India is becoming very bad – now over 3 million people with the virus. (25 million in the world). A former President of India has died from the virus. Hungary closes its borders because they are worried about a second wave. Greek schools are not to re-open for the moment. There are increases in cases in France, in Australia and in Brazil. In the UK, the virus cases are increasing again – over one thousand on Monday.
It has been a fantastic few months for the company “Zoom” and suddenly everyone is using it. Since people have to work from home, they are using the Zoom app as it is easy to use. The share price of the Zoom company went up by 33% on Monday.
US Government say they will not work with other countries to develop and give out the vaccine. They claim that the World Health Organisation and China are part of this and that they are corrupt. US says they are developing their own vaccines without all the red tape which slows things down. Health experts are upset by the attitude in the USA.
