Where can the plastic go now? – Turkey and China ban UK plastic
A report showed that plastic waste sent to Turkey by supermarkets was not recycled.  Some was burned, some left in large heaps.  There are over 240 lorry loads of plastic going to Turkey from Europe, every day.  Now Turkey say –we will not accept your plastic waste from UK.  UK needs to stop using the plastic wrappers for food
Spain forces thousands of migrants back to Morocco
There is a small part of North Africa which belongs to Spain – it is named Ceuta.  It is part of the EU.  Spain has a very strong border there with Morocco.  In the last week thousands of North African people have got into Ceuta by swimming around the barriers.  Spain says this is because Morocco has encouraged them.  The people want to come to the EU for work or to get away from poverty and fighting.  Since Monday, Spain has sent over 5,000 people back.  Very many children.  Human Rights experts say Spain is supposed to look at all the individual cases.  But they have just grabbed all the people and forced them back to Morocco
Want to taste some wine from Space?
A bottle of Chateau Pétrus 2000 was in Space for a year.  This was research to see what happened to foods and drinks in Space.  The wine is very famous and expensive – it is from the Bordeaux area of France.   There will be an auction of the bottle.   The auction people think it may have a price of £720 thousand.  Yes … that is 720,000!  For one bottle.  You will get a second bottle for free – it has not been in Space – you can compare the two if you open the expensive bottle.
