New York, New Jersey and Connecticut States are telling people who come from other states where there is a virus problem that they will have to have 14-day quarantine if they come to visit.  Health reports say the virus is getting out of control in California, Texas and Florida.  Texas hospitals almost full.  There are increases in 26 States across the USA.  Governors are pleading with people to think of others and to wear masks.  Many ordinary people in USA reject masks because it is un-natural and is against their human rights.
Volunteers in Brazil and South Africa are being injected with a trial vaccine.  This is the vaccine from the Oxford company.  There are many different groups of trials all over the world at the moment.
It looks as if people from the USA and Russia will not be allowed to travel to the EU, now that the lockdown is being reduced and people can travel inside Europe.
The International Monetary Fund say that finances across the world are looking really bad.  People cannot travel and no one is spending money, people are losing their jobs.  They say it will take another 2 years before we could get back to the level of 2019.   The problem affects everyone, governments, Local Services and even ordinary people through their pensions and loss of community services.
