Strange… but President Putin of Russia says everyone should go back to work.  But Russia now has the biggest increase in virus after USA.  Now they have over 230 thousand cases. It looks like it is out of control.  He only appears on video and makes the local governors responsible but does not give them any money or help.
Top virus specialist in USA says probably more than 80 thousand deaths.  And that it is dangerous to end lockdown too soon.  This is different from President Trump who wants to stop lockdown.  The Newspapers say this is because he is worried he will lose the election in November if so many people are unemployed and there is no money in the country.  The newspapers say he tries to blame everyone else.
Now Paris has ended the lockdown but there are still many cases of the virus.  Shops can open but restaurants and bars have to wait to the end of the May.
There are increases in cases in South Africa now and also again in China.
Medical people expect there to be a second wave of virus across the World.
People living in Madrid can watch films from their balconies because the local government brought in huge screens to show movies in the street.  The new balcony cinema moves to a different neighbourhood every evening for people to watch a film with their neighbours.
